Biogenic Aerosol Formation over the Boreal Forest
BIOFOR aims to elucidate and understand the processes and conditions which control and promote new particle formation over the Boreal forest regions; to quantify the flux of organic gases from the forest and to explore the flux of aerosol to and from the forest canopy. Measurement campaigns will take place over the boreal forest in Finland, at the SMEAR II research station.
